QuadWire is a free set of wiring diagrams and fix-it checklists for riders and mechanics working on Chinese ATVs, pit bikes and dirt bikes. It started from a simple frustration: the wiring diagrams online are blurry, for one model only, and the colors never match the harness in front of you.
How the diagrams work
Every diagram runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you type is sent to a server. Each tool page explains where the wiring information comes from, so you can check it against your own machine if you want to.
The wiring information is collected from owner reports and parts suppliers’ documentation, and cross-checked between sources. Wire colors vary between brands and years, so every diagram comes with a meter check for each wire. Automated tests check that every diagram connects every wire to a real terminal, so a change in one place can’t quietly break another setup.

If a diagram doesn’t match your machine, or a diagram is missing something your machine needs, please get in touch. Include your machine’s brand, engine size and the wire colors you see – that makes it much faster to fix.
